During the presentation of the trailer for the upcoming animated series The Clone Wars on Sunday, Lucasfilm Ltd. confirmed that they expect the show to air fall 2008.

With Celebration IV going on during the 30th anniversary of the opening of the first film (May 25, 1977), the trailer for the upcoming animated TV series The Clone Wars has been released.

Star Wars seems to be all the rage this year especially when it comes to animation. With the folks at Robot Chicken incorporating the franchise into one of their episodes, now comes word from Variety that the creators of Family Guy have gotten the go-ahead by Lucasfilm to start next season with a Star Wars spoof.
