ABC and producers of Lost have come to an agreement about when to end the hit series. According to Variety, the show will air for three more seasons.

ABC has scheduled what they are calling a “sneak preview” of the pilot of its upcoming drama series Traveler to air following Grey’s Anatomy on Thursday, May 10.

It’s been rumored for quite some time that when Lost returns for its fourth season, it’ll do it in a style like 24: a straight shot beginning in January.
Well, in an interview with Sci Fi Wire, Naveen Andrews who plays Sayid on the hit ABC drama hinted at the late start.

But the reasoning may surprise you.
The show’s producers spoke today at ABC’s TCA press tour session and told the crowd that they are in discussions with ABC to plan an end date for the show.
