UK residents are already able to watch any show that’s aired on BBC over the last 7 days using the network’s iPlayer software, but they’ll soon be able to watch a live stream of BBC One content on the internet.  The service will be available in the coming months, only to viewers in the UK.  There will be no increase in the annual license fee to watch television in the UK (currently £139.50).

Why dont you make it available Europe wide for a fee as there are plenty of expats who would sign up?
