CNN’s presentation of the California Democratic Debate between Senator’s Obama and Clinton drew a massive audience of 8.32 million viewers. Obliterating the prior cable news record for a debate (4.91 million, accomplished just last week, also by CNN).

The debate improved upon the networks performance from the Republican Debate by a whopping 108%, and is the second most-watched debate this cycle (ABC got 9.36 million from a Jan. 5 Democratic debate).

Truly astonishing numbers.

Will one of you experts over at CNN please rewind the tape from the debate last night and review the answers that Obama and Clinton gave to the question regarding their plans for the economy.
Barack who was asked to respond first, faltered and then went on to throw out a few lame answers before switching to is “change” message and then proceeded to say that “he didn’t want to take up all the time so he would let Senator Clinton give her answer.”
Hillary of course was prepared and knowlegable about her plan and spoke eloquently and decisively that is before Campbell Brown rudely interrupted Hillary while she was answering a question about one of the key issues of the campaign.
Let’s talk about that and stop focusing on the silly stuff.
