Everybody Hates Chris has been picked up by the Fox Station Group and will air during the 2009-10 television season.
Current stations set to air the series include top markets New York, Los Angeles and Dallas.
The third year CW series has gone through a decline in ratings since it premiered as the networks third highest-rated show ever. It’s currently averaging 2.46 million viewers, with a 1.7/3 HH rating/share and a 1.0/3 A18-49 rating/share.
