Boston Legal Picked Up for Off-Network Syndication November 14, 2007 12:18 am

In its fourth season on ABC, drama Boston Legal has been cleared by distributor 20th Century Fox for off-network syndication in 50% of the nation for the 2008/2009 season.
Twentieth president and COO Bob Cook said that Boston Legal has been “generating excitement among the local stations.”
It’s been cleared in 46 markets so far including the following ABC O&Os (Owned and Operated) stations: KABC Los Angeles, WLS Chicago, KTRK Houston and KGO San Francisco; NBC’s KXAS Dallas; Scripps’ WXYZ Detroit and WEWS Cleveland; Sunbeam’s WHDH Boston and WSVN Miami; Allbriton’s WJLA Washington; Meredith’s KPHO Phoenix; and Cox’s WSB Atlanta.
Boston Legal airs Tuesday nights at 10:00 p.m. ET on ABC. Through five aired episodes so far this season, the series has averaged 10.50 million viewers, a 7.1/12 HH rating/share and a 2.7/8 A18-49 rating/share.
