I am still dumbfounded how the SCIFI Channel still thinks that ECW is quality programming. Even in the press release, it reads as two seperate items that have nothing to do with each other. I understand the need for ratings but how many people who tune in for ECW are regular viewers of the SCIFI Channel? There needs to be an alternative for scifi fans to get their favorite scifi shows.

Well, Stargate SG1 is over. Battlestar Galactica is ending. Painkiller Jane was horrendous & cancelled. Flash Gordon is a dud & dying. PLUS they haven’t renewed the really great show they had – the Dresden Files. All they have left is Stargate Atlantis, Eureka, and…wrestling – which we ALL know is Sci-Fi material, NOT, but someone has to pay the bills until what’s left of their audience disappears.
