TNT, early into its summer schedule, is tinkering with their Monday night schedule, moving Heartland out of the post ‘Closer’ time slot and rescheduling the debut of the Holly Hunter starring drama Saving Grace, which will move into that time slot on Monday, July 23.

The move is in response to the weak retention levels of Heartland, which will now be airing before The Closer at 8:00 p.m. on Monday nights.

After two episodes this season, Heartland has averaged a 2.4/4 HH rating, 3.64M Viewers and a 0.8/2 A18-49 Rating. That puts retention at 48% among households, 48% among viewers and 44% among adults 18-49 out of The Closer (5.0/8 HH Rating, 7.63M Viewers and a 1.8/5 A18-49 Rating through two episodes).
