It’s looking more and more likely that Pirates of the Caribbean will not remain just a trilogy. It’s unclear who all will be involved and what the film will focus on, but new details reveal that the fourth installment may be a spin-off.
Producer Jerry Bruckheimer told The Herald Sun, “This is the end [of the current trilogy], but whether one of the characters or a couple of the characters continue on, it’s a possibility.”
Geoffrey Rush backed up the statement, hinting at the fact the next film may not focus on Captain Jack (Johnny Depp).
