ABC has canceled the freshman comedy series In Case of Emergency just one week short of its last scheduled episode.
News comes just as last nights episode hit another low, posting a 2.4/4 household rating/share, 3.77M viewers and a 1.5/3 rating/share among adults 18-49. Last place for the hour among adults 18-49 behind a repeat of The CW’s Pussycat Dolls Present: The Search for the Next Doll 1.6/4 which posted a 1.6/4 rating/share in the demo.
ABC will fill next weeks time slot with a repeat of Lost, and will continue to air repeats in that slot until through the rest of the season (as previously announced).

Can’t networks ever finish airing all of the episodes?! I would like to see how the show ends.
