ABC announced on Monday that they are pulling the low-rated freshman drama Six Degrees, effectively ending the series.  Only eight episodes have aired.

The network will fill the time slot with repeats of Wife Swap.  The news comes on the heels of a dismal 1.1 rating among adults 18-49 for a new episode last Friday.

In other television news, Fox has ceased production on future episodes of The Wedding Bells.  Seven episodes of the series have been produced.  Only four have aired thus far.

I am so mad!! ABC did not promote the return of Six Degrees, and therefore I had to watch two new episodes online. I just went to watch Friday the 6th’s episode and it’s not on… I really liked the show and it could have developed really well. If they would have promoted the return more effectively (and not put it on a FRIDAY) there would have been more viewers.

Yea its waaaaaaaay better than that damn Brothers and Sisters show which they promote the hell out of but it SUCKS!!!!! This is definitely the result of poor promoting…. I would have watched it once it came back but i didnt know when it was on.
