Top 20 DVD Sales For The Week Ending March 18, 2007 March 25, 2007 8:00 am

There were seven new releases in the top 20 DVD charts last week with five in the top 10. Casino Royale drew the top spot, holding off The Holiday which came in a distant second place. The Blu-ray disc of Casino Royale also did very well, reportedly good enough to make it the second best selling Blu-ray disc thus far.
Other new releases in the charts were paced by the Direct-to-DVD Barbie Fairytopia: Magic of the Rainbow in fifth place, Harsh Times in eighth and another Direct-to-DVD film, Dukes of Hazzard: Beginning in ninth place.
Rounding out the top 10 was last weeks number one movie Peter Pan Platinum Edition in third place, Borat dropped two spots to take fourth place, The Departed also dropped two spots to take sixth place, Flushed Away was down three spots to seventh place, and South Park: Season 9 was also down three spots to take 10th place.
South Park: Season 9 was the sole TV Show on DVD to make it in the top 20 for the week.
