Fox Renews House and Bones February 15, 2007 6:53 pm

Fox today announced early pick ups for two of their shows: House will return for a fourth season and Bones will be returning for its third season.
The news was not unexpected for House which has grown to become a solid hit for Fox, especially among key adults 18-49. Recent airings out of American Idol have contributed to ratings surges in the 25M+ range.
Bones isn’t quite the hit as House, but its also a very solid performer and has benefited greatly leading into American Idol on Wednesday nights. The series is averaging over 12M viewers in its current time slot, a marked improvement over its season average of around 9M viewers.
House, currently in its third season, airs Tuesday nights at 9:00 p.m. Bones, currently in its second season, airs Wednesday nights at 8:00 p.m.
