While conducting an interview with CISN FM Country, Dan Akroyd confirmed that Ghostbusters III is a go, albeit in the form of CGI.
He also confirmed that Bill Murray is signed on to be a voice.

Well this is correct. Ghostbusters 3 in CGI will be here in 2009. The movie is going to Rock next Summer of 2009 and I can’t wait to see it!
I heard they wanted to do a CGI movie. But I hear now that they are doing a live action movie, Check out my Blog for more info. Pretty Awesome.
