During a press event at the Chinese premiere of Casino Royale, Martin Cambell, the film’s director, told the audience that he likely will not be directing the next Bond film.
Campbell is no stranger to the 007 franchise, as it also directed Pierce Brosnan in his Bond debut film, Goldeneye.
Shooting on James Bond 22 (no title has been decided on yet) is expected to begin at the beginning of next year, with a scheduled release set for November 7, 2008.
