“Who Wants To Be A Millionaire,” with Emmy Award-winning host Meredith Vieira, will feature some of television’s most popular personalities this February, giving them the opportunity to take home $1 million for their designated charities! Johnathan and Andy Hillstrand, brothers and captains of the Time Bandit on “Deadliest Catch” will appear in episodes airing February 2 and February 3. Mike Rowe, creator, executive producer and host of “Dirty Jobs,” as well as the voice of “Deadliest Catch,” will appear on February 27 and February 28.

Notably absent from ABC’s midseason schedule released earlier today was the Courteney Cox comedy Cougar Town, but Deadline reports that the comedy will return with its third season in March. However, due to the late start, the upcoming season’s episode order has been cut down from 22 episodes to 15.

ABC has ordered full seasons for Once Upon a Time, Last Man Standing and Happy Endings. THe full season orders bring each series’ season episode total to at least 22 episodes (up from the initial 13-episode orders).

Netflix, Inc. (NASDAQ: NFLX) and Disney-ABC Television Group [announced] that they recently entered into an extension of their previous existing licensing agreement. The extension allows Netflix to continue to stream hundreds of library episodes from ABC Studios, Disney Channel and ABC Family over the Internet. As part of the deal, Netflix is also adding new content to its lineup of Disney-ABC series and TV movies.

ABC says the series premiere of Sunday night’s Once Upon a Time opened as the season’s No. 1 new drama in Adults 18-49, with a 3.9 rating and 12.8M total viewers.

The low-rated freshman drama Charlie’s Angels has been canceled by ABC. Deadline reports that production has been shut down on the show, with Sony TV reportedly producing a total of eight episodes. Four have aired thus far and the remaining four episodes — of the 13-episode initial order — are expected to air.
