Broadcast TV Ratings for Sunday, January 27, 2008

CBS and ABC share leadership on Sunday night, as CBS gets solid results from 60 Minutes (the nights most-watched show), a new Shark and the Hallmark Hall of Fame movie The Russell Girl to give the network a first place finish among households and viewers.

ABC finished in first among adults 18-49 thanks to strong showings from America’s Funniest Home Videos and Extreme Makeover Home Edition (the nights most-watched program in the demo).

CBS finished in first place for the evening with an 8.4/13 household rating/share and 12.74 million viewers, but fell to third place among adults 18-49 with a 2.3/6 rating/share.
