Broadcast TV Ratings for Friday, September 28 2007 September 29, 2007 3:30 pm

CBS’s season premiere lineup of Ghost Whisperer and Numb3rs, with the series premiere of Moonlight sandwiched in between, won the evening.  But all series were below their year-ago timeslot performances (Moonlight included when compared to last year’s timeslot occupant Close to Home).

CBS finished in first place for the evening with a 5.8/11 household rating/share, 8.82 million viewers and a 2.4/8 rating/share among adults 18-49.

  • 9:00 p.m.: And that was followed by the two-hour fifth season premiere of Las Vegas (6.0/11 HH rating/share, 9.11M viewers, 2.4/8 A18-49 rating/share).

The CW followed in fourth place for the evening with a 2.9/5 household rating/share and 4.91 million, but managed a third place finish among adults 18-49 with a 1.6/6 rating/share.

      • Viewers – 4.63M to 4.91M

FOX finished in fifth place for the evening with a 2.4/5 household rating/share, 3.85 million viewers and a 1.1/4 rating/share among adults 18-49.

  • 9:00 p.m.: A repeat of K-Ville (1.8/3 HH rating/share, 2.30M viewers, 0.9/3 A18-49 rating/share), which has been scheduled in place of the weak performing Nashville.
