The 30-sec Super Bowl spot for J.J. Abrams’ Star Trek is now online. While short and containing several elements seen previously in other trailers/spots, there’s also a fair amount of new content including more of Kirk in a bar fight, more interaction between Kirk and McCoy and more space and Earth footage including San Francisco. Here’s the Super Bowl spot for Michael Bay’s Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. This is one damn impressive teaser, one of the better ones I’ve seen in some time. Bay wasn’t kidding when he said there would be some big robots in the film. To give you a sense of the scope look how small Prime looks as he’s leaping through the air and fighting what I believe is Devastator (or perhaps just a part of Devastator?). I’m incredibly excited for this movie and summer 2009 in general. Watch the spot after the jump. (more…)
