Note: President Bush’s speech cut into about 15 minutes of prime time in the 9pm hour on ABC, CBS, FOX and NBC.

CBS finished in first place for the evening with a 7.9/13 household rating/share, 12.48 million viewers and a 3.5/10 rating/share among adults 18-49.
