The latest cover of Comic-Con Magazine features the first official photo of Samuel L. Jackson as the Octopus (pictured right) from the upcoming adaptation of the Will Esiner comic book series The Spirit. Directed by Frank Miller (Sin City), The Spirit hits theaters on December 25, 2008. Click through the jump to get a larger look.
