Rob Thomas Developing ‘90210’ Spin-off for The CW March 13, 2008 10:07 pm

Te CW is a developing a spin-off to Beverly Hills, 90210, and Rob Thomas (creator of Veronica Mars) is in talks to bring the series to life.
Details, including which if any of the original characters will make an appearance on the show, remain scarce, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Darren Star, who was the creator of ‘90210’ is not involved in the project. This would be the second spin-off, following the successful seven year run of Melrose Place.
I’ve got mixed feelings on this news. On the one hand I’m not normally a fan of this type of series, but on the other, I was a big fan of Veronica Mars, and won’t hesitate to tune into another Thomas-created series.
