The first official teaser for Iron Man will be shown on September 10th. Director Jon Favreau made the announcement on the “Iron Man Movie Group” MySpace page.
[Update] Turns out you won’t have to wait until tonight to check it out, after all! The official teaser has been released and can be viewed at the Apple Trailers site.

Incorporating much of what was shown in the Comic Con footage, Paramount will debut the trailer across a bevy of Viacom Network’s. The first airing will be immediately before The Hills on MTV on September 10. A high resolution version of the trailer will be available on Apple’s Quicktime site the day after.
