Former president Bill Clinton will be appearing on the Oprah Winfrey talk show on September 4th. It will be the president’s first interview to promote his upcoming book (which will release the same day) Giving.
The announcement was made through an e-mail sent out to members of Winfrey’s book club on Monday:”The first interview about his new passion!”.
The book is about philanthropy and civic action. This will be Winfrey’s second interview with the president to focus on one of his writing (she interviewed him in 2004 for his memoir My Life).
