The NFL and DirecTV today announced that subscribers to the Sunday Ticket extension package SuperFan, will be able to watch games streamed live to their PC, marking the first time the NFL has experimented with the digital delivery system in the US market.

NFL Sunday Ticket (and the SuperFan package) are available only to subscribers of DirecTV.  Sunday Ticket has a price tag of $269, and SuperFan costs an additional $99.

Only PC users will get access to the service, as the streaming requires Windows XP or Vista along with Internet Explorer 6 or 7.
