There’s been an update to the news story of Stephen Sommers being offered the job to direct GI Joe. Now IESB.net, who originally reported the news, is being told from their source that he was asking for too much so he declined the job.
Sommers was apparently asking for a rather large sum of money to direct the film, reportedly somewhere in the range of $10 million.
