The poster for Star Trek (2008) has been released and some casting announcements were made at the Star Trek panel during Comic-Con.

In terms of casting, Abrams and the rest of the producing crew were on hand to confirm that both Zachary Quinto and Leonard Nimoy have been cast in the film (both as the character of Spock). Kirk has yet to be cast, and they are looking into somehow getting William Shatner into the movie.
