While at a press junket for the upcoming Shrek the Third, Mike Myers let slip that he planning another Austin Powers film.
The actor told reporters in attendance about the plan for the movie: “There is one that we have an idea about. The only thing I will say is that it’s entirely from Dr. Evil’s point of view. It would be the first of his trilogy.”
Obviously in a joking mood, Myers replied a question about his trilogy comment with the following: “That was a joke. I just love the bluster of saying that it’s a trilogy. Yes, it’s a twenty-five part series. No it’s not. I’m just joking.”
Shrek the Third hits theaters on May 18.
