Sequel to “Crank” Is On the Way April 30, 2007 9:00 am

Speaking with TheMovieBlog, the writers and director of Crank (Brian Taylor and Mark Neveldine) revealed that there will be a second Crank film.
Taylor let it be known in a clear and precise statement while also revealing the timeline of the movie:
“There will be a sequel to Crank yes. Prepare to Crank again. And you know the “is it a sequel or prequel” question… IT’S A SEQUEL. We’re not selling out and going prequel. We are picking up where the last movie left off.”
