Sci Fi has increased its initial 13 episode order of Battlestar Galactica to 22 episodes (a two-hour movie plus 20 episodes).

Though ratings are down severely from previous seasons, Sci Fi seems committed to the critically acclaimed and Peabody winning series.

The show is averaging a 1.4 household coverage rating (with a low of 1.1) for Sci Fi this season, down 30% from last year’s 2.0 average.

Since its move to Sunday from Friday, it has averaged a 1.2 household coverage rating.
