CBS wins the evening, with the nights highest rated and most watched program (Numb3rs). The CW’s WWE Smackdown draws a very strong overall audience to pass up Fox for fourth place.
CBS finished in first place for the evening with a 6.9/12 household rating, 10.21 million total viewers and a 2.7/8 rating among adults 18-49.

- 8:00 p.m.: Ghost Whisperer (6.5/11 HH rating, 9.57M viewers, 2.7/9 A18-49 rating) was CBS’s weakest performer week-to-week for the evening, a surprise, given the show is usually very strong, especially among adults 18-49. It was down 1.83M viewers, 16% among households and 16% among adults 18-49.

- 9:00 p.m.: Close to Home (6.8/12 HH rating, 10.14M viewers, 2.5/7 A18-49 rating) stayed about even from the week prior, making up its slight losses among households and viewers in its slight gain among adults 18-49.
