The Hollywood Reporter confirmed that J.J. Abrams and Stephen King are in talks to bring King’s Dark Tower book series to either the movie, or tv screen.
The series, which spans across seven books, combines elements of fantasy, sci-fi, horror and western themes.
There is no firm date for the release of the project, and it is unknown in what capacity Abrams and King will be a part of the project.
