New NBC drama Raines, which stars Jeff Goldblum as LAPD Detective Michael Raines is now set for a March debut.

Raines will first premiere on March 15 and the 22 (both Thursday night), before it moves to its regular day and time on Friday, March 30 (9:00 to 10:00 p.m. ET).

Goldblum’s character (Michael Raines) solves crimes with the help of the victims of murder (hallucinations, not ghosts).

NBC Entertainment President Kevin Reilly made the announcement, saying “We have been eagerly anticipating the premiere of this attractive and quirky new drama since we announced it last May at Upfront,” said Reilly. “Combining the creative talents on and off camera with star Jeff Goldblum and Emmy-winning executive producer Graham Yost brings something uniquely different to NBC this Spring.”

The two Thursday night special airings will be from 10:00 to 11:00 p.m.

The series also features Matt Craven as Captain Daniel Lewis, Dov Davidoff as Remi Boyer, Linda Park as Officer Michell Lance, Nicole Sullivan as Carolyn Crumley, Malik Yoba as Charlie Lincoln and Madeleine Stowe as Samantha Kohl.
