Improving upon last season’s first results show, “Stars” helps bring ABC the win in households, but a series of “Sneak Peak” episodes and a Jimmy Kimmel special fail to give the alphabet the win in A18-49.
ABC finished first for the evening with a 6.5/11 HH rating and a 2.7 A18-49 rating.
NBC followed in second place with a 6.2/10 HH rating and a 3.1 A18-49 rating (finishing first for the evening in the demo).
CBS finished closely in third place with a 5.8/9 HH rating and a 2.8 A18-49 rating (just barely nudging ahead of ABC for second place in the demo).
FOX, remaining competitive, finished fourth for the evening delivering a 5.1/8 HH rating and a 2.6 A18-49 rating.
And lastly, soon to be ‘The CW’ networks The WB & UPN finished way beyond with the former delivering a 1.0/2 HH rating and a 0.5 A18-49 rating and the later delivering a 0.7/1 HH rating and a 0.4 A18-49 rating.
