The return of “Dancing with the Stars” scored big with ABC, improving upon its series premiere last season in both households and A18-49.
Though the return of fan favorite “Stars” caused a dip in ratings for “House”, the good old doctor still managed to offer tough competition in the 8PM time slot winning the battle over the coveted A18-49 demo.
ABC finished first for the evening with a 11.5/18 HH rating and a 5.0 A18-49 rating.
FOX followed in second place with a 7.7/12 HH rating and a 4.6 A18-49 rating.
CBS finished closely in third place with a 4.8/8 HH rating and a 2.8 A18-49 rating.
NBC, remaining competitive, finished fourth for the evening delivering a 4.6/7 HH rating and a 2.2. A18-49 rating.
And lastly, soon to be ‘The CW’ networks The WB & UPN finished way beyond with the former delivering a 1.1/2 HH rating and a 0.6 A18-49 rating and the later delivering a 0.3/0 HH rating and a 0.2 A18-49 rating.
