Monday Box Office (March 1, 2010): Shutter Island 1st ($1.8M); Cop Out ($1.3M), The Crazies ($1.3M) & Avatar ($1.3M) close behind

Shutter Island grossed $1.775 million ($77.316M domestic cume) from 3,003 theaters on Monday to stave off three close challengers.
