NBC passes on David E. Kelley’s Wonder Woman

It’s a good thing NBC has renewed David E. Kelley’s Harry’s Law , because the network has passed on his Wonder Woman pilot.

Warner Brothers could shop the project to another network, but it’s unlikely.

Adrianne Palicki shows off improved Wonder Woman costume in first set images

The initial debut of the lovely Adrianne Palicki in costume as Wonder Woman for the new NBC series by David E. Kelley was a bit on the, lets say, cheesy side. Turns out the network listened to our criticiques because as you can see from the image above, the costume — and Palicki’s looks — have been altered in several significant ways. Namely:

  • Darker blues and reds
  • Less plastic
  • No red lipstick
  • Red boots are back

Here’s our first look at Adrianne Palicki in costume as Wonder Woman in NBC’s upcoming reboot of the classic 1970s series. David E. Kelley’s Wonder Woman pilot picked up by NBC

David E. Kelley was right when he said last week that he was optimistic his Wonder Woman project would ultimately be picked up by a network. Deadline reports that the pilot has been picked up by NBC:
