CBS returned to original programming Monday night after three Monday’s of non-original programming and the network finished with a decisive first place finish, beating its closest two competitors combined in viewers and finishing more than 0.5 point ahead of its nearest competitor in the key A18-49 demographic. The network was paced by “NCIS” which led the night in households, viewers and adults 18-49. Spinoff ‘Los Angeles’ was the night’s 2nd highest-rated program, while “The Good Wife” won its 10PM timeslot. Other original programming included “No Ordinary Family” (up across the board, but likely not enough to get it out of cancellation trouble) and the special ‘Best in Film’ on ABC, “The Biggest Loser” on NBC (a consistent solid performer among A18-49 — #3 for the evening) and the poorly performing comedy “Traffic Light” on Fox, which hit new series lows.
