HLN, the sister channel of CNN, has hired longtime The View co-host Joy Behar for a new 9:00 pm talk show on HLN. The new show, tentatively titled The Joy Behar Show, will replace repeats of the CNN show Lou Dobbs Tonight starting in the fall.
