David Slade to direct new Daredevil movie

20th Century Fox has hired David Slade (“The Twilight Saga: Eclipse”, “30 Days of Night’) to direct a new Daredevil movie, Variety reports:

…the untitled film will be a continuation of the superhero pic, and will not contain material from the Ben Affleck-toplined version released by Fox in 2003.

Fox Rebooting Daredevil

20th Century Fox is rebooting the 2003 Marvel Comics adaptation Daredevil.  Peter Chernin is producing and the remake is being scripted by David Scarpa (The Day The Earth Stood Still).
