Showtime original series The Tudors is coming back for at least another season. The network announced on Monday that they’ve given an early third season pickup to the series. The new season will follow King Henry has he weds Jane Seymour and Anne of Cleves. Press release after the jump.

The second season premiere of Showtime’s The Tudors is more than a week away (March 30th), but for those interested in checking it out early, Showtime is making the season premiere available to fans online now. All you have to do is click here and enter the password: Royal.
Despite having aired only two of its slated 10 first season episodes, Showtime has given an early (very early) renewal of its just launched period piece The Tudors.
