Stephen Chow is no longer attached to direct Columbia Pictures’ big-screen adaptation of The Green Hornet. Variety is reporting that Chow stepped aside due to “creative differences”. Seth Rogen made it known some time ago that he wanted Stephen Chow to co-star in The Green Hornet as Kato, and now the casting has been confirmed. Additionally, Chow will also helm the 2010 feature film:

Entertainment Weekly has confirmed that Sony is moving forward with The Green Hornet. The project is being headed by Seth Rogen, who is currently working on the script with Superbad co-writer Evan Goldberg.
