Another casting announcement has been made for JJ Abrams Star Trek. ComingSoon.net is reporting that child actor Jimmy Bennett has been cast as a young Kirk in the film.

There’s no longer any need to watch a low-res poor quality version of the new Star Trek teaser trailer. Paramount Pictures has released the trailer online, and you can view it now in all its high-definition glory.

Though the producers can’t seem to fit Shatner’s Kirk in the upcoming Star Trek film, they have found room to include George Takei’s Sulu in the film.
Another actor has been cast to star in the upcoming Star Trek feature film. Ben Cross has joined the film and will portray the character of Sarek, the Vulcan father of Spock.
Two more actors have been cast in J.J. Abrams upcoming Star Trek film. They are Christ Hemsworth and Clifton Collins Jr. |
