ABC today announced that they’ve made pickup’s for nine shows for next season: Brothers & Sisters, Desperate Housewives, Dirty Sexy Money, Grey’s Anatomy, Lost, Private Practice, Pushing Daisies, Samantha Who? and Ugly Betty.
ABC has picked up the Christina Applegate starring comedy Samantha Who? for a full season. The show, which has aired three episodes so far this year, was just recently given a six-episode script order (related article here).
Fox has given a full season order to their new comedy series Back to You, deciding to stick with the low-rated series with a stronger commitment of 11 episodes, instead of the usual 9 episode “back nine order”.
