Kristin at E! Online is reporting that Sarah Wayne Callies is coming back as Sara Tancredi for the fourth season of Fox’s Prison Break as a series regular. As any Prison Break would know, this casting decision means what we were led to believe last season didn’t actually happen (I’m being vague here just in case anyone doesn’t want to be spoiled).
