Could this finally be it? After weeks of rumors and shortlists, THR’s Heat Vision blog is reporting that Marvel Studios has offered Chris Evans (“Fantastic Four”) the title role in Joe Johnston’s The First Avenger: Captain America. Lionsgate has begun running two TV spots for Matthew Vaughn’s upcoming comic book adaptation Kick-Ass (going along nicely with the recently debuted trailer #2 which you can watch here). Check out the TV spots after the jump.
Kick-Ass is scheduled to hit theaters on April 16, 2010.
