“Eagle Eye” Getting Simultaneous IMAX Release

ComingSoon.net is reporting that DreamWorks/Paramount have prepared an IMAX trailer for Eagle Eye that will soon be attached to screenings of The Dark Knight.  The studio is expected to soon announce that the D.J. Caruso-directed film will get a simultaneous IMAX release alongside its conventional theater opening on September 26, 2008.

Comic-Con 2008: New “Eagle Eye” Clip and Viral

Today at Comic-Con, DreamWorks/Paramount unveiled a new extended clip from the D.J. Caruso-directed thriller Eagle Eye, starring Shia LaBeouf, Michelle Monaghan, Rosario Dawson, Michael Chiklis, Anthony Mackie and Billy Bob Thornton.  The clip can be viewed at this link and promotes an upcoming viral game at EagleEyeMovie.com/FreeFall, which itself launches on September 5th.

DreamWorks Pushes “Eagle Eye” Back to September

According to /Film, Eagle Eye, the D.J. Caruso directed film which re-unites the director with Shia LaBeouf, has been pushed back from an early August release date to September 26, 2008.
