As expected, The CW has renewed Gossip Girl for a sixth and final season. The show’s final season will run just 11 episodes. The CW also announced renewals for low-rated dramas Nikita (season three) and Hart of Dixie (season two).
Meanwhile, freshman dramas The Secret Circle and Ringer were both canceled.
