Woody Harrelson has been cast in HBO Film’s adaptation of the John Heilemann / Mark Haperin novel Game Change. Harrelson will play Steve Schmidt, former Republican Presidential nominee John McCain’s senior campaign strategist and adviser.
He joins Ed Harris (John McCain) and Julianne Moore (Sarah Palin) in the Jay Roach-directed TV movie.
