The Futon Critic reports that NBC has passed on a summer cycle of the reality competition series Last Comic Standing. Craig Robinson served as host of the last cycle, which wrapped last August with a season low 3.91M viewers and a 1.5 A18-49 rating.
We probably shouldn’t completely rule out a return from the show in the future sometime, given that in the past NBC has aired the show after extended hiatuses of 22 and 19 months, respectively.
